After completing one of the physician assistant , one can either chose to work in a health center, hospital clinic or the army. In fact, due to the recurrent shortage of health professionals, it is almost always possible to get the job of one's desire. Since the physician assistant is expected to work under the supervision of a real physician, he should refer questionable cases to the doctor as well as updating him on the progress of various cases. However, the assistant is allowed by virtue of his certificate to make autonomous decisions which he should be able to defend if the situation so demands.
